Yield: Meat for 10-12 Tacos
1. Brown and crumble 1 lb. ground beef. Drain fat.
2. Stir in 1 package TACO SEASONING and 2/3 cup water.
3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons Taco Meat Filling into 10 to 12 prepared taco shells or over 1/2 cup corn chips or tortilla chips, per serving. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese and chopped tomatoes.

Layer bottom of 2 qt. casserole dish with broken tortilla chips. Add meat mixture. Top with 1 chopped green onion and 1 cup Cheddar cheese. Cover and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
