
Crumble and brown 2 lbs. ground beef in large skillet. Drain fat if desired.
Stir in 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce and 1 cup (8 oz.) water or 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes.
Add 1 can (15 oz.) red, kidney, or pinto beans.
Blend in 1/4 cup Chili seasoning. Salt if desired.
Simmer 15 minutes or longer. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, onions, or guacamole.
