1. Brown and crumble 1 lb. ground beef. Drain fat.
2. Stir in 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste and 1 cup water, or 1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes.
3. Add one package SLOPPY JOE SEASONING.
4. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on hamburger buns.
Zesty Sloppy Joes: Add 1 diced onion, 1 diced green bell pepper and 1 diced red bell pepper and brown with meat.
Sloppy Tacos: Place 3 tbsp. mixture in warm flour tortilla. Top with lettuce, onion, shredded cheese and sour cream.
Sloppy Joe Casserole: Combine with 10 oz. cooked pasta and 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese in casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Top with additional 1/2 cup cheese and 1/4 cup sour cream.
